SHAHRIL & JOHANA WEDDING CEREMONY, 12 March 2006 - Ijok

This wedding was held at Ijok, nearby Kuala Selangor area. Kamal...my good friend's fiance was recomended GA to this couple. Nice working with them. Ada cerita kelakar masa nak cari umah si Shahril a.k.a Pe'et. GA dah sampai Kuala Selangor area around 9.00am and it was actually too early...then bila call Shahril, kitorang rupa2nya tersalah rumah. Kuang kuang kuang......  But, lucky within that area je.
Shahril is working as an IT consultant & his wife Johana a.k.a Joanne is a stewardess with Air Asia. I only discover she is a stewardess when I 1st saw her black with red line working shoes in her car. First time arrived @ Shahril's hse...i done a recce which angle that I can cover in the shots. Than, my idea pop up! His house sorrounded by palm oil...why not make something interesting...  Enjoy the ambiance of the palm oil plantation ok!

Ahhhhh...I get sooooo excited in the cause of the unbelievable comments from all viewers & other photographers. It's been a long time for me keeping this idea to be realize...cause my partner Fahmi is quite shy at the first place. At last, here we are...no more shy, no more behind the scene...it's time to be expose...GA precious team player.
ONCE UPON A TIME.....
It was about 2-3 years ago when my dearest friend, Mona..pushed me to pursue my talent in Photography. I was alone and became unofficial Amature Wedding Photographer for most of my close friends. Plus, i wanted to make my fantasy dream angle for wedding shots to be captured (but, the sad thing was, my dream guy to be my Prince Charming was not in love with me anymore...  but we still become a Very Good Friend. I push myself to the limits when all the sad thing and emotional breakdown was playing around in my head & heart @ that time.
Then, thank God....Fahmi came around into GA's life as Business Partner, August 2005. Actually we've been friend since 13 years ago, during high school @ S.M Project Sec 11, Shah Alam...(lama tak lama). We knew each other as a friend and now as a Partner in business. Because of him, I promised myself to make GA live to the fullest! ...and BOMB!!! We official registered our company & I uploaded some of my portfolios. And here we are.....

ABOUT SURIYA:
Permenant job as an Art Director in one of advertising agency in Bangsar. First in family. Fun & easy going. Adventurous, love surfing (nak blajar bagi terrorlah...tapi susah tau) and looking foward to get an Open Water Diving Licence. Love to drive car fasssttttttttt. Bachelor in Graphic Design (Majoring in Advertising) + she do took extra hours in Photography. Love to sing a song & do played GUITAR long long years ago...Banyak cakap if dah start bercakap...tak bleh berenti. Gedik sikit bila org shoot gambar dia...ha ha ha...Marital Status: SINGLE & AVAILABLE (promote lah pulak). She's 26th yrs old and a Virgoan.

Uhhhhh...he was a former Selangor Football Player (Goalkeeper) and now he still in this field but not with Selangor anymore (P&C). Third in family. First meet, u'll think he is a very serious guy. But, wait till u hang out with him...pecah perut beb! (Engine dia nak mesra ngan sume org lambat sikit)...hensemmmm nanti ramai plak yg tersangkut if over friendly. Athletic obviously. He will be the one who always calm Suriya, whenever she's in 'kelam-kabut' or 'sakit jantung' situations. Still student in KLIUC a.k.a IKRAM College. Marital Status: SINGLE, NOT MARRIED YET BUT DO HAVE A LOVER (ok yg terminat tu....sorry dah tutup buku). He's 26th yrs old an an Aries guy.

ABOUT KIMIN:
Permenant job as Designer/Art Director in one of advertising agency...somewhere in Damansara. Second in family. So selamba, very easy going and always think on the brighter side with positive rationale. He's into cars & action figures...he's the collector of Hotwheels. Fun to hang out with. Rajin semayanggg tauuuu!!! Alhamdulillah. Marital Status: ENGAGED, WILL BE MARRIED SOON...to Mas...(ramai yg minat bila gi shooting, buku dah tutup...sorry...tapi ada 3 corum lagi....jgn marah ek Mas...joking ) He's 26th yrs old and a Scorpion.

Actually, GA are still in progress to upload all of our client's wedding photos. It's quite a number to be upload, and it will takes sometimes. Today @ 7am (Friday 23/3/06)...I just got back from my office at Bangsar since working from yesterday (Thurs) & reach my home @ Kg Pandan around 7.30am, it is due to some deadline that need to be deliver today. When I reach home...I grab my laptob, turn it to WIFI and could not wait to upload this special entry...for Hairul & Liza.
Bak kata pepatah Melayu..."Sama Cantik, Sama Padan, Bagai Pinang Di Belah Dua". Their wedding day happened on last January, their album already been delivered month ago and now is their 2nd entry to be view by all. The 1st entry was their 'Nikah' ceremony...and actually this outdoor session happened rite after the ceremony finished. NIce couple...even at the first stage Hairul seems like 'malu-malu' gitu nak pose depan camera. Tapi bila dah warm up...everythings gone well. Liza ni...tak payah cakaplah....dah naturally lawa...after make up jadi lagi lawa & she love to pose naturally. (ini bukan bodek tau...he he)
Anyway enjoice the 'Magenta' colour of their 'baju' for this outdoor session....I'm quite shocked when I was looking at the colour, but then...when it turn out in photograph...I love it! Contrast! What do you all think?????

Arghhhh....I can't sleep 2nite....browsing tru my archive of photos that need to be upload. Then, I get excited again with photos that I've took during the Tourism TVC Shooting for Middle East Market. What I can say is...THIS IS MY FIRST PRECIOUS EXPRIENCE...since working as Designer till become an Art Director at Penumbra and (this May will gonna be my 4th years there). While working, I also must keep my Green Apple running smooth by deviding my time between this two passion & income (he he)...DESIGN+ADVERTISING & PHOTOGRAPHY.
Anyway....I should say thanks to my bosses coz gave the oppurtunity for me to get more & more exposure. To Chili Pepper crew..U GUYS ARE AWESOME! So professional in handling this task...especially The Producer (Fendi). Tak lupa jugak-jugak kat Scot Melayu (ahaks), Rayyan, Nadia & Wan. Tak sangka meet up new friends...and do keep in touch k. Abg Halid, Abg Din & Abg Pete.....I sallute u guys...CREATIVE, BRILLIANT & PRO....nice working with u guys. Thanks to Uncle Moris toooooo he was the one that picked me up over the shooting session and make sure everything safe for me...like a daddy. Not to forget the Art Departmen (Jimmy, Steve & Chee Keong)...ENERGETIC, UNIQUE & OUTSTANDING...sumer Monyet...(ha ha) I boleh geng diorang coz sama karektor..tahun monyet. To Zen Photographer yg dah banyak jugak ilmu yg i curi & cedok dr dia....tak lokek ilmu & it's free  . And to ALLLLLL thanks a zillion...(mcm menang awardlah pulak!)
Bestlahhhhhhhh....rasa mcm tak mau balik opis jer masa last day tu. Tapi apakan daya, I've got big responsibility with Penumbra & Green Apple. Syoklah keje ngan diorang......eee BESTTTTTTT!!!!! Nak lagi...nak lagi..... 
Hopefully one day I also can direct a TVC like Yasmin Ahmad from Leo Burnet....I'm really adore her work.

Alohaaaaa!!!!!! Hmmmm I'm really busy lately....Didn't get enough time for me to upload all GA's latest shots. Tapi makcik janji nanti makcik akan masukkan jugak-jugak!!!!!! Anyway... just for freshin' up viewers eyes & update GA's FP....please do enjoy my few shots for one of the big company for their Annual Report.
Actually ni bukan job GA..ini job Penumbra, tapi makcik nak test power...shot gambar ala2 studio gitu. Konsep chess ni terkeluar dr kepala otak I last minute, 1 day b4 submission...rite after I got back from Bali. Alhamdulillah, kira macam rezeki...kitorang dapat the tender. Anyway thanks to Abg Amat (Snr Art Director) yg terpaksa ikut cakap Art Director a.k.a Photographer (aku lah tu) coz kena jaga lighting nak create moody & eksklusif efects. Thanks jugak2 utk As (Designer). Most of the photos are in High Key...tapi ada gak yg blueish efects...thanks to my new D70s (harta GA) yg banyak kena control White Balance.
*Actually ngah busy gila buat design Annual Report ni, perah otak utk design+photography+research about CHESSSSSSSSS...tapi ngak bisa tensi2 perlu hiburan & cuci mata di FP.

AIDA & ATOI, Wedding Ceremony - KL

Firstly I wanna say so sorry on behalf of GA to this lovely and PHOTOGENIC couple, Aida & Atoi. The relationship between this two is so cool, they met since they were in secondary school and it is almost 9 years (if I'm not mistaken)....but till now, they still in loveeeeeeeeeee......best kan!
They already received their album quite sometime, but then I didn't have time to upload their photos in the entry. So after put their photos in the waiting list to be uploaded, this is the time for both of them can enjoy it via virtual. This photos have been taken shots by Kimin...GA 2nd Photographer. Aida & Atoi and also for other viewers...enjoy!

The process of uploading photos for Green Apple gonna be pending, due to my outstation. I'm really busy lately & have a really tight schedule for Green Apple (my baby) & Penumbra (my permenant work place). I'm so sorry for the inconvenience to some of my client coz not yet uploading some of their precious moment. For this entry,I only have few hours back home to juz inform to all of you (especially GA's clients) bout my disapearence for 10days. About this shooting, I'm travelling to few places as a representative & Art Director from Advertising Agency (Penumbra). The production house that handling this job for the shooting is Chili Pepper. I'm really glad coz have an oppurtunity to experience this wonderfull shooting session...learning & observe how the real TV Commercial was shooted. This TVC will be air only in Middle East region...due to an Above The Line (A&P) tender by Tourism Malaysia to Penumbra Communications. Will share with you some of 'the making of the TVC' shooted by myself. Enjoy!

I was so busy doing my permenant job as an Art Director in Advertising Agency + running my own Green Apple Wedding Photography business. So in that condition, I would like to take this oppurtunity to say a thousand appologize in late uploading photos in FP and had to postponed some delivery album to my clients. GA will try the best to do it & deliver it in a very good condition.
Back to this entry, It was shoted in JB, and the 'Nikah' Ceremony was so special & it was also my first time experience such a wonderfull & full with emotions situation. From KL to JB, GA been travelling by bus together with Hairul's Family. He..he.. dalam bas depa dok layan tengok VCD Mawi..although he is not my favourite artist...but I enjoy it! Feel the emotions together with us...as you viewing all this photos ok! Sad in happiness...Selamat Pengantin Baru to Hairul & Liza...

Hola hup! I juz got back from Bali & updated again my postponed entries for my client! This entry is also the sequal for Kak Jija & Abg Juan's wedding in Melaka. This was the 'bertandang' session to Abg Juan's house that nearby Kak Jija's house also. So....'bila raya tak lah gaduh2 nak balik utara satu..selatan satu...betul tak?' Their family was so awesome & sporting...Kak Jija's brothers & also Dato' Sha'ari & Juana (Abg Juan's sister) also been very kind to us. Syioklah buat kereje cam ginik!
Rite after the ceremony was done at Abg Juan's house...we're all rush to one of the lake nearby...& do outdoor shooting again! Pun best jugak2 sporting betoi both of them wvwn there're plenty of people keep on eyes on them!
Anyway...enjoy the journey of their continous wedding day ok! To my other client...Liza & Hairul, Sipen & Ita, Atoi & Aida...I will try to upload your entry as soon as possible....maklumlah makcik buat 2-3 keje sekaligus!

I'M AWAY TO BALI......

I will be away to Bali for a company trip....from 1st FEB until 5th FEB 2006. I'm so sorry to some of my valued customers, that I have to postponed our appointment until I reach back KL on the 6th. But...but..but...all Green Apple's shooting for 4th FEB & 5th FEB will be working as what like I promise to my clients. The shooting for that dates will be shot by Green Apple's 2nd Photographer - Kimin & all the managements & operations works will be manage by my Green Apple's Partner - Fahmi Isa (012-6655 832)
I will try to upload & update Green Apple's entries while I'm in Bali....(wish there will be a good internet coverage )
