Akhirnya keputusan dibuat dengan nekad. 5 tahun saya menimba pengalaman di salah satu Advertising Agency di KL...dalam masa yg sama...2 tahun bertungkus lumus menggerakkan business "wedding photography" dari rumah.....ya, akhirnya keputusan saya buat, leave my company that i've worked for 5 years & set up a mini studio gallery for Green Apple in Kota Damansara. Bukan senang nak buat keputusan macam ni. Ambil masa setahun jugaklah. Setelah banyak perkara yg dipertimbangkan...(ada jugak yg hilang pertimbangan...hehe) akhirnya...saya mengambil keputusan utk bersama Green Apple 100%.
Dari kecil-kecillan, kini Green Apple akan mengorak langkah lebih berani dalam merialisasikan impian untuk berjaya dalam perniagaan...juga dalam memastikan hidup ini akan ada kepuasannya. Creativity & passion cannot be control by any restrictions. Passion in photography drives me to be really serious in making it reality. Nak jugak sama2 jadi anak perempuan melayu yg berjaya pergi jauh maju ke depan bersama kawan2 melayu yang lain. 
InsyaAllah berbekalkan pengalaman yang ada + support dari Mak tercinta + Nenek tersayang + My laling Irwan + My Green Apple Team Players + Irwan's Family + My Precious Previous & Future Clients + My Wonderfull Friends = harap2nya akan berjayalah Green Apple di arena ini...hiskh..hiskh...sedey plak 
Tapi studio gallery kami ni...still under construction...tak banyak sgt pun make over...(budget kecil-kecilan sahaja...duit pocket sendirilah katakan)  Kawasan studio kami ni...sebenarnya akan kami share bersama2 White Space Advertising...(owned by Kak Why)...and GA business nature will spread also in design...not just focusing in photography...since i have a strong background in Art & Design (major advertising)..will make use of my skill & talent up to the limit. Doakan rezeki & kejayaan untuk kami ye. Doakan saya akan jadi lagi kuat & tabah. Love u all & thanks a lot

PENGANTIN DAN LANGIT BIRU & UNGGU...10% EDITING

Yup! Pengantin dan langit biru....ada warna ungu jugak. Entry kali ini adalah juga entry favourite GA Team...Suriya akan acap kali mengalami 'Sawan Jatuh Cinta Terhadap Langit Biru' dan sawan ini telah disebarkan kepada GA Team yang lain. Bagaimana untuk mendapatkan gambar dengan langit yang biru? Kuasa Tuhan. Jika kami bertuah...alhamdulillah kami akan sedaya upaya untuk capture langit yg biru di kala majlis berlangsung. Tetapi, harus diingat, langit biru akan ada pada kebiasaan cuaca yg amat panas...jadi kena tahan panas teriklah kalau nak gambar cantik ngan langit biru. Nasib baik kulit kami kebal...tu sebab kulit saya tak pernah nak cerah...huhuhu.... 
Teknik editing yg kami gunakan di Photoshop, cuma 10% sahaja...melibatkan sedikit control Curves & tambah 1 layer Hue gelap & padamkan. Sebab...ORIGINAL GAMBAR MEMANG DENGAN LANGIT YG BIRU. Selebih 90% adalah semasa proses menahan panas terik, semasa memicit shutter. Sekali lagi teknik Commandar Mode kami gunakan untuk kebanyakkan gambar2 di bawah....(bukan nak bangga dengan teknik ni...tetapi amat berterima kasih kepada Rosli CST...yang tak lokek ajar kami cara nak shoot guna teknik ni)

A FEW OF GA's 2007 COLLECTION
|
|
Sepanjang tahun 2007 ni...rezeki untuk Green Apple amat murah. Alhamdulillah kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa..yang banyak memberi rezeki kepada saya & GA Team. Bulan puasa pun ada jugak shooting (tapi chinese weddinglah)...alhamdulillah. Dalam beribu2 gambar...maybe dah sampai ratus ribu or juta...hmmmm tak terkira. Banyak yg telah kami pelajari, eksperimentasi & diadaptasikan dalam 'style of our shoot'.
Yang dipaparkan pada entry kali ini adalah 'Collection 2007' dari GA...tak semualah...ada banyak lagi, ini cuma yg ada di dalam external hard disk Suriya buat masa ini. Antara koleksi yang betul2 memuaskan hati saya sendiri dan juga client2 GA. Bila tengok balik...ada rasa kepuasan di dalam hati sbb...apa yg saya plan & impikan kat dalam otak sebelum memicit shutter camera...benar2 dapat diabadikan dalam memory card GA dan juga album2 pengantin kami. Sekadar untuk memcuci mata semua viewer. 
Terima kasih tak terhingga kepada Rosli dari CST Production...sebab dah mengajar saya & Irwan...tentang bagaimana nak menggunakan teknik Command Dial / Commander Mode (jumpa masa wedding client). Best gila! Ada beberapa gambar dari koleksi ini yang dah kami gunakan teknik tu. Trimas bro!

MORE TO COME FOR 2008

It's been a very long time for me not uploading any of our wedding shoots in our FP. Since January till October 2007 we have about 42 couples & a lots of great photos that has been captured through out those months. InsyaAllah will upload it later either in our FP or in our upcoming website.
Still not to late for me to take a chance to wish to all of u a "Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri". I've started my photo shoot session since 3rd day of hari raya. Lama tak update bukan sebab berniaga kat bazaar Ramadhan....(like one comment down there), just busy with lots of things & clearing off lots of GA jobs before Hari Raya.

Tahun ini adalah tahun paling banyak mencatat kelahiran bayi2 ke dunia alami. Kaum Cina percaya tahun ini..."Boar year is a babies year" Kebetulan atau tidak, saya pun tak tau...tapi mmg 99% kawan2 & client2 GA sedang pregnant this year & also ada yg dah dapat baby in this year. Sementelaahnya, saya menjadi Aunty & Mummy segera kepada baby2 ni. Banyak nama saya dah dapat...Mummy Su, Mama Su & Aunty Su...
Btway, Congratulations to Kimin & Mas for having the greatest gift frm Allah. Alhamdulillah sumer selamat sejahtera Mak & anak. Couldn't inmagine myself in future...boleh shoot gambar sendirik tak? kat labour room? hhehehe...bestnya! Nama anak Kimin sama mcm bunyi kereta hotwheels..

MIQHAEEL's BIRTHDAY BASH ::: 07/07/07, Kota Damansara

Another special date for this year...07/07/07. It was Miqhaeel's 1 Year Birthday Celebration! I received a call from Azreen (Miqhaeel's mom) to capture few moments on his lovely baby boy birthday party. Eventhough our team was quite packed on that date, which we had double bookings for our photography wedding task. I had tried my best been there and felt the vibe of happy lilttle childrens who were there celebrated Miqhaeel's birthday. There was a games organised by Miqhaeel's Grandfather and it was havoc! Cool and fun!
Happy birthday to Miqhaeel! Thanks to Mona coz promoting me to Azreen, and thanks to Azreen coz been here as one of our fotopages Big Fan.

Yeah! I know...i know...it's been a week now since 20.07.2007. What a miracle date for my lovie dubby Irwan Affendy Th'ng...he was born on 20th July 1981. But, this year...was a great one...great date...20.07.2007, it only happened once in our lifetime. "You know u r so lucky kan sayang..."
We had a suprised party for him..arranged by me & his sister, Shireen. But, what happened was...it turned to a not so suprise party, because at the end of the plan...i have to let him know that we planned a suprise party for him as he had a meeting on the exact time as we wanted to celebrate his birthday bash. Anyway...we did had a great time...still can celebrate maaaaa...
Again..HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU MY SAYANG...IRWAN..Thanks for being there for me, whenever i need u. U came into my life and filled every second in my life with laugh, love, tender and care...thank God i found you! Love u sayang! Hope we will have a great journey throughout our life...till the end.

COMING SOON
This double solemnisation had happened on 2nd June 2007. We had split our team into 2 teams...one handled task in Penang and the the other one team handled the other task in Klang.
As for me (Suriya) & Irwan, we had captured a wonderfull momments during Deni & Asep's Wedding..throughout from the 'Nikah till Bertandang'. We wanna sent our most thankfull to both of you, for the very warm & hard rock & kickin' hospitality that had been gave to us during our stay in Butterworth, Penang. The event was so awesome...so unique & so special. Wait till u all see the Harley Team arrived in our next entry! Love ya Deni & Asep..both of u Rock! 
*pssst Deni...U mmg best...we all love it to capture U & Asep...pandai posing gila2 punya..Irwan was so excited! We did had fun!

Eiza & Kim is our second client that had booked us few months before their wedding...but Deni & Asep was earlier. So, during their wedding..GA had assigned another of our team which was lead by Kimin and accompanied by our Import Photographer, Sadiq..(coz Fahmi couldn't be around at that time). This is another unique wedding that we had covered...A mix marriage bettween Malay & Chinese, Eiza & Kim. The ceremony had done in a bit of mix tradition, whereby a tea ceremony was included in the 'merenjis' session. Again, hopefully u guys can wait till the full entry come next!

Hola...I'm doing an experiment to my self potrait... Fisrt & foremost i want to sent my salute to Abg Syahrin Aziz for the extraordinary job that he & his team have done..(http://nirhays.fotopages.com). I was so impressed by the way they shoot & the effort that they put to make the shots so awesome. The editing was superb & i've learned & experiment it right now. Congrates to Deni & Asep also cause having that wonderfull masterpiece from Abg Syahrin & The Team.
